Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Free Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (as agreed with the customer).

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a free replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
